I know JB for last 1 year. Most of the women around can't stand him and he has been called in office, written and get counselled many times for anti-feminine remarks. But he told me that he did not have even a single fight in his 16 years of marriage. His woman makes him so happy that he will even jump from building for her !!

I know MK for last 4 years. I always acknowledged him as a 'perfect man'. Physically he is like a perfect greek hero. He is intelligent, he earns money in highest bracket, extremely cool headed, worked 14-16 hours a day to provide all luxury to his extravaganza wife and 3 kids (and spending left over time with them)... His wife is divorcing him !!

Why Coconut is part of many religions' rituals?

I was trying to teach right ways to do things to mentally challange kid of our family. I said: "Every time you trash things properly, I will give you one Quarter" and she replied: "But what I will do with that quarter?"

Nightmare

And when thousands miles away his brother was captivated in deep mental anguish - he woke up from a diaphoretic nightmare as his brother is in a dark old house (Haveli) struggling to find his way out !!

They both hated each other with depth of their heart but when their child start coughing - they seems to forget everything !!

Name and Fate !!!

Does our name affect our fate? . Isn't it is old practice in many cultures to change name of the child if shadows of bad disease is not recessing anyway? . Isn't my personality and my social relationships changed when I start using my last name more?

Day 13 of 7th month

On his exam day, everything seems to go wrong. Qs were unexpectedly long, he read instructions wrong, he lost allowed manual.........his brother was there too and said: "Its not your fault. Though it is seventh month but day is 13" !!!

Best Friend

And when 4 to 5 feet high flood striked our town - I realized that the only person there to help and console me was the person whom my heart always believed from childhood and whom we all call "Best friend".

In book - "Dealing With People You Can't Stand, ....." - Drs. Ricks have decribed 10 kinds of personalities - Tank, Grenade, Sniper, Know-it-Alls, Think-they-know-it-alls, Whiner, Yes, Maybe, No, and Nothing people!.

I think I am a Maybe person and I am happy as all other 9 are more hateful !!!

Alarm Clock

One of the evil of modern age is Alarm Clock. Once you wake up with trrrrrrrrr of Alarm Clock, your mind suddenly loose inner touch with your subconscious. I think making habit of waking up by yourself while slowly coming from semi-sleep state to awake state keeps you more non-materialist person in life, as whole day you don't loose your focus from your inner to outer "maya" world.

Also try this - as you get into habit of waking up by yourself - you will wakeup with easy and more peaceful solutions and answers to many difficult situations of your life.

OH GOD !!

Qudratullah Shahab ne "Ya Khuda" likh ker urdu adab ka qarz utar diya !! (Qudratullah Shahab paid off the debt of Urdu literature by writing "OH GOD" !!). It proves that to write - you need to rise above personality, relationships, beliefs, religion, politics, nation and patriotism. Writer's pen just run on the nib of truth, with the ink of emotion and on the burn paper of frustration.

Man, Respect and House

Waaldain ki maut, mentally retarded bhai ke bojh aur ghar bethi bin-bihai bari bahen ne us lurki ko shadi se pehle hi bohut siyana ker diya, jub us ne barson pehle mujhe ye sabq sikhaya: "Mard ghar main ziyada rehne lage to apni izzat kho deta hai. (Death of parents, burden of mentally retarded brother and unmarried bigger sister at house turned her into an immensely mature girl even before her marriage, when years ago she taught me the lesson: "If man stays too much inside the house, he loose his respect. As far as he is earning bread staying outside, he gets all due compliments".)
